Thin and Thinner

I am already thin. Used to be so underweight and it has gone worse. 60kg for a 176cm made me like a walking skeleton in the past. Few weeks ago I weighed again and it had dropped to 59kg. I don't know why this is happening to me.

I have two jeans, a new and an old one. The old jean suits me perfectly while I need a belt for my new one. I found that my old jean is going to be just like my new jean this noon, meaning I am now lower than 59kg. ='(

I am getting thinner. I don't want this. Used a few methods to increase my appetite when I was young but it did not work at all. =/

I really really hate this. God please give me a few more kilograms =D

100 & 1

An amazing player with his amazing goal tally. This is Steven Gerrard of Liverpool and his 100th goal for Liverpool during the 3-1 victory against PSV Eindhoven at Anfield. Scoring a century of goals is uncommon when you are not playing as striker but Gerrard made it possible. This player has to be one of the most versatile player I've ever seen. He has played in almost every position other than the goalie. To add to his delight, his 100th goal is an absolute cracker.

People often said it is good to share your happiness so here comes Robbie Keane! This Irishman has been playing well but he did not find his goalscoring touch until this game (reminding me of Peter Crouch). His first ever goal for the club he supported since he was still a boy. I really enjoy his cartwheel celebration but this time around he is doing for my Liverpool!

The End

19 September 2008 - The Wrath of Love

This afternoon she suddenly asked for breakup and this really shocked me. While she said our thinking were just too different and she was crying lots rather than being happy with me so I had to accept this grueling fact, that was to let her go. I felt it was pity to end this but it would be the best if she could find a much much much better guy than I am. It was simply I could not fulfilling her needs often and left her in disappointment. I want her to be happy in life, not the other way round.

I guess the only thing that I REALLY regret is that it would be impossible for us even to be friends. She is a very good gal and it is God's grace to be her friends.

The wireless network here has been down for quite sometimes but somehow there is an unsecured network detected to let me blog to express my feelings. Thank you God.

Dear, I love you forever and ever.

My Studies So Far

This is my final year, Year 3, semester 1. This is one hell of a semester cos I have so many subjects to deal with and of course, the final year project.

I am very busy and I miss my sleep so much but the support from family and Dear really giving me that extra energy to go forward.

Furthermore I was hit by wrist injury so everything even went extra difficult. Some lecturers were really kind and helped me lots. Thank you all!

But then I did not do quite well in certain subjects, I need to buck up!

NO SACRIFICE, NO VICTORY

My Left Wrist

It was just my second game for SSPK FC and it was against South Lake from Desa Parkcity. I was down injured after just playing for few minutes. This time around I wore my temporary jersey with number 4 on my back. Was that an omen? I never believed anything like that.

I was chasing the ball with full throttle, I was going to tackle him but someone hit me from behind and I fell. Oh no, I used both my hands to protect my body but it was not the right thing to do. Aaarrgghh....my left wrist! It was deformed! It was really awful though I felt just little pain. Off I went to see the clinic nearby and the doctor said I needed to go to hospital. Nice uncles also from my football club helped me to drive and brought me home. Grandma was shocked and I was scolded for some time. Then my uncle brought the all of us to Damansara Specialist Hospital and the doctor was Dr. Gan Eng Cheng.

Accident should be around 6 and I was admitted almost 7 something and went in to operation room at 9. Done at 9.45 and spent a night in the freaking cold hospital. Cool, I had 4 hooks on the wrist and heavily bandaged for 5 weeks. What's best was the almost 9k operation and follow-ups costs. Sorry mum and dad for burning a hole in the pocket, I will surely study hard and pay back. I know the money is for the vacation and I promise I will sponsor the both of you to many places.

I wanna thank everyone who helped me along the way, uncle and his family, family and friends. I really can't thank you guys enough. I also wanna thank my Dear for being supportive and cared lots of me. Love u really.

So finally the hooks were taken out and signalled the end of my crazy and boring 5 weeks. But I still have to exercise my hand more or it won't move around smoothly. I'm scared. No more taxi! Woohoo! I can drive again!

Here's some pics and videos: (Not for faint-hearted LOL)

Why I'm so weird?

My 21st Birthday

Hello Ken, you are officially 21 now. You shall make your own decisions in your life and held liable for everything.

It was a happy day, or two days, cos I managed to celebrate this wonderful event with many of my closest family members.

The day before my big day, my uncle brought me, mum, Sue and his family to Souled Out to celebrate. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and of course, wines. It's a pity that my Dad chose not to come but I did not blame him. He had insomnia and it was extra tough for him to sleep at someone's house. My girlfriend actually texted him asking him to come but it did not work out hehe. Thanks Dear for your great effort. Anyway I still received his sms and it made me feel good too. Oh right, I got Da Jie's wishes too. Love you Dad and Da Jie!

A Very Nice Place

Me, Sue and Mum. Dad and Da Jie in our hearts.

Then came my big day, I celebrated with my classmates at Albert's house. Thanks for the cards and the presents! Love them! Thanks everyone!

LETTER TO LIVERPOOL FANS FROM LIAM'S FAMILY

Dear LFC,

I am writing to thank the supporters of Liverpool Football Club for making my son's last few days with us happy ones.

On April 17 he received a signed shirt along with other bits and bobs from your club after one of your fantastic fans got in touch. You offered for him to travel to Liverpool but he was too poorly to make the trip. When he received the shirt it was the first time I had seen him smile or seen his eyes shine in weeks.

Between your club and the fans you have supporting you, you made my son's last few weeks bearable and for that I am eternally grateful.

The banner that was shown during the first leg of the Liverpool v Chelsea semi-final was the second time the smile and glint in his eye returned. Seeing him lying in bed wearing his precious shirt are memories we will carry with us forever.

He was barely with us for the second leg but he watched as much as he could. At the end, he said 'the best team lost'.

Liam was diagnosed with Burkitt's disease (cancer) on February 21 and was in Newcastle RVI for intense chemotherapy. On March 28 we were told the treatment was working but then a week later we received the terrible news it had returned and there was nothing they could do. They gave him two weeks to live and he was with us for four. He passed away at 4pm on May 5.

He was a humble, brave and courageous 17-year old and I truly believe that along with his friends, family and his love of music, the signed shirt you sent gave him the strength to stay with us longer.

That is why, although it's hard, I wanted to write this letter of thanks to you all.

Liam said 'you only ever see the bad press about football and its fans but you never see this side, do you mum?' He's right. So, once again, thankyou from us all. A simple shirt made the world of difference to a young fan and his family.

Yours forever grateful,

Tracie (mum), Reuben (dad) and Paige (sister)

Ken's thoughts:
YNWA Liam Harker & Family.
Briliant Liverpool fans, keep it up!

P.S. I Love You

Went to Popular Bookstore at 1 Utama today, looking to spend my RM90 voucher (RM30 from Sue and the rest from Yan Jian, Kheng Kim and Wei Sin as my 21st birthday present). I was spoiled with many choices, from opera songs, classical music and few books like Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, The Boy Who Talks to Ghosts and the list goes on forever. However there were few books that I could use the Popular member card to get cheaper ones so I opted for those books that were fixed price. Furthermore, I could download any music I wanted, buying cds nowadays were not too worthy (some excluded).

I checked the Top 10 Hottest Books and this one, P.S I Love You from Cecila Adhern was on the top. Usually I rejected any romance novels but this time around I did not know why I picked it up. Perhaps She is the reason. I believed I made a good choice cos there would a movie of this coming. I was looking forward to it actually, haha. Maybe I could pick up a few tactics or two LOL. But then, She had this book as well, not working!

After all, I spent RM1.90 on this book only, for I spent RM30 voucher.

Plot Summary

"Holly is a young Irish woman has just lost her husband. She struggles with what to do with her life now that the love of her life is gone. She struggles to get up each morning. All the while she realizes that even though he is gone he is still with her in spirit and she must go on with her life.

Holly finds a job, meets new people and trys to keep life normal. She goes out partying with friends and goes on vacation. She wrestles with the possiblity of starting a new romance. All the while trying to stay true to her husband. In the end she realizes life does go on. Her husband wants her to be an independent lover of life. The Art of Defense

I am often seen as a dirty player ever since I played here at Sunway SPK but totally not in my good old times cos Ong Yong Tat holds that honour haha. I am accused of grabbing, pushing, high boots and tackling on people by Uncle Kenny. What the hell, Uncle Kenny must see how Mr Ong plays.

I disagree that on grabbing and agree on the rest. I am only pushing only when the opponents are just shoulder by shoulder and using all my body strengths to get the ball square and fair. I never bang them and make them falling apart cos that's a foul.

High boots, yes sometimes it might get a little too high but I have not kicked on someone's chest or head so far in my games. No worries.

Meanwhile tackling to regain possession is a good fine line between successful and failure. This is what I am going to say in this very post.

I cannot understand why dribbling is always considered the beauty of the game and tackles are not by many people. In fact I think tackling is harder to do cos perfect dribbling needs only body strengths and good footwork. Even FIFA do that by awarding the Player of the Year awards to mostly midfielders and strikers, and overlooking defenders most of the time.

Yes I am aggressive because I have the winning mentality, just that I do not score goals. My job is to defend and win every ball back in order to give my teammates a chance to attack. How are you going to score if you have the opponents keep attacking and you don't even have the ball under your feet? If you can name me any defensive players that is unaggressive I will stop playing football. I have never done anything that breaking leg so stop saying me playing dirty. I am no Roy Keane.

I am kinda the thinnest of all and yet I am accused being rough. Your huge body can simply shield the ball and then get away from me. If you were running too slow or the ball is getting away, I just try my very best to clear it or regain possession.

Come on this is a man's game! Play like a man. Bruises or bleeding, so what? I have to say that the football quality around me is quite low. I enjoy a lot playing with UUFC and with Malay and Indian adults cos they were very competitive. The last time I played with Jabil employees they were top class and I was a noob.

What's rough? For example, loser like Roy Keane that kept injuring people (for once he ended a player's career) and profanities was all he knew is the answer. Otherwise it is not.

I am not trying to say I am very good cos I had been on the losing side many times and I am still learning the game. I am just determined to win games and have a lot of passion about football.

Oh between I am a Malaysian. Football is totally a mess here and that's a real shame!

I Dislike Some People

There are a few people around me that I am really upset with.

To a certain person, please change your opinions on friendship, I almost cannot bear that anymore. Your reasons for not photocopying books and lent me notes made me really upset, and I think one more person too. Please don't think friends are someones that are trying to use you.

And a word to a big guy, I can take criticisms about my football but all I have from you are all bad ones like I am so useless. It's like you are a professional. If you were trying to get into my family do something that makes everyone happy, my mum and I are not on your side in fact. If I am given the chance I am going to hack your team down on the pitch next week.

And to a guy, please get a life. Complaining whole day long does not change anything. Chase the girl if you liked her so much. My ears have suffered a lot. Some people might think you are funny but not in my case. However, since you are so kind to everybody so i still can bear with it.

Lastly there is one more person but I still can accept it anyway cos she simply deleted my comment on her blog. I posted my opinion about the movie and do you really have to do it? I was not being harsh or anything.

This is my freedom of blogging. Do not question it, thank you.

First Game For SSPK United, Against Taman Maluri

After such an incredible day followed with my first competitive game after such a long time. I think my last game was the futsal tournament with Utopia United Football Club at Mak Mandin, Penang on 2004 or 2005 so it was a really long time.

Get to the point. At first I was really disappointed that I was left on the bench (thanks to Uncle Kenny)but then someone did not turn up so I filled up the slot instead. I played on the left back which was my position back in the times with UUFC. Our opponent is from Taman Maluri and we were the host. And so the friendly match started.

In the very first minute I knew were going to thrash them unless miracle happened. They could not keep the possession at all and they could not even make it to our own half. Uncle Kenny then striked at goal with a real drive and joy appeared on his face. Neo Ray Lim added another one no long after.

I was going up and down on the left and sometimes in the penalty box. One of their defenders half cleared the ball with his head and it was coming to my direction. "This is my moment" my head was thinking. I was standing on the edge of the penalty box and it was so crowded inside. I was never a good striker especially with my foot so I used my head instead. Bang! It went into the right bottom corner, the keeper had no chance at all.

We were leading 4-0 and all of the first team players were subbed with the Under-18 team and the opponent was still with their main players. We ended winning 8-2 in the end. I had to say Taman Maluri players were simply bad on that day.

I had a nice goal and a nice game. The goal was dedicated for you dear. Love you.

Inauspicious 13.6.2008?

Would you assume 13.6.2008 which falls on Friday, an inauspicious day? In fact, that day has lesser accidents than any other day cos people will be more aware on the road. However, this very day is both auspicious and inauspicious in my case. How crazy.

Three days before that day, my beloved boots were dead cos they were totally broken or open mouth already. So I splashed two hundred bucks on the new Adidas boots on that "special" day and yes, I was over the moon.

Later on that evening I tried my new boots and as expected, my performance was not good at all. I missed the ball many times and passed the wrong ball. Every footballer needs time to cope with his/her new boots in order to become one haha. But it is really true, once you are comfortable with your boots you will play much better.

Then the disaster striked. I was chasing Uncle Kenny at full acceleration and there was no way to stop him, he scored. I tried to slow down but I did not aware the post was so near to me and bang! Luckily I turned around my head in time and it hit my jaw. Aww it as really painful and I lost a few drops of blood.

Thus, it summed up what a day for me. Thank you God I love you so much.

Captain of Sunway SPK United!

I've been living with my uncle and his family at Sunway SPK, Damansara and I often play football at the pitch here. When I started playing there were only me and my cousin Yuan Shen. Then more and more people joining us. However I left to Penang for industrial training for 5 months. Yuan Shen told me there were many good players playing there during that time and I was so relished to play with them.

Now I am back and have been playing for a while now and what Yuan Shen said was true. Uncle Kenny, who I have played with for a few months, is a nice lad to play with and he is so into football. He even forms a football team for Sunway SPK (with him being not the resident LOL) when I back to Petaling Jaya and makes me the captain. I think it is because he rates me quite highly in my defensive qualities and aggressiveness. He took a RM20k+ camera just like the pros using and snaps the photos in high quality. What a man!

What's best is that he makes us an official website for us! Here's the link: http://sspkutd.dyndns.org/
Uncle Kenny!!! I hate Manchester United la, faster change the logo please!

My personal page: http://sspkutd.dyndns.org/Players&Staff/KenLim/kenlim.htm

I hope I have an armband to wear. Please Uncle Kenny, get me one! My girlfriend sounds very happy for me. Love you darling. =D

THE CAPTAIN OF SSPK UNITED! REJOICE!

Euro 2008 Mania

Euro 2008 started yesterday on 7th June. I support Spain mainly cos England are out of the tournament and Liverpool have four players on duty with the former team, namely Jose Manuel Reina, Alvaro Arbeloa, Xabi Alonso and Fernando Torres. Torres is one of the "Man to Watch" of this tournament and hopefully he can score a bag of goals. I believe he can do it cos even ex-Red Milan Baros of Czech Republic could do it on the last tournament.

Go go Spain!

Overacted

(Please click on the picture for larger views)

Lek Chay Tong, you don't have to do this right? It's normal to have a girlfriend and why are you so overacted? I will tell you when the time is right.Haha. Between, no one seems to bother me with questions, meaning nobody cares about you on MSN. Lol.

What A Surprise!

(Please click on the picture for larger views)

This was what I've got for my industrial training result on the first week of the semester (sorry for not updating it). It's a huge surprise cos I never expected it and I only hoped for B or B+. The reasons were because my report was the shortest that I knew among my friends and my not-so-excellent evaluation form from my supervisor, Ms. Wan Ilham.

My report was only around 45 pages and there were people wrote around a hundred. I wrote a lot of junks and used my imagination (you know what I mean, I worked a lot of junks) to write my report. Pauping scolded me why I written so less but she said maybe I could write so lesless cos my English was good and I did not need to write so many pages with junks (think again Paupau). Furthermore, Ms. Ilham gave me "Good" and a very nice comment in the evaluation but seriously I did not think they were enough to get an "A".

Tell me, how many times you can score 4.000 GPA in a semester? This is the one and only chance. Haha.

This was a huge surprise. Love it.

I'm Bringing Sexy Voice!

Last week a female friend told me that both she and her cousin thought that my voice was sexy years ago. Actually they were my net friends but we met at Pacific in Penang years ago. My first thought when she told me was that "Ok so now u meet me and I wasn't sexy at all!" LoL!

For unknown reason, I got so happy...maybe it's simply too few people saying good things about me. =P This is hugely PERASAN! Haahahahaha!!!

I actually told this to my sisters and my girl and their responses were so discouraging..LoL.

Eldest sister: She definitely wants something from u so be careful. =P (I told her maybe that gal tried to court me)

Elder sister: What?! Your voice is sexy? Don't make me faint.

My Girl: I think you sound more like a gangster.

p/s: Thanks y'all for such honest answers. Now I am jumping into the sea. LoL!

My First Ever Summon

I went to Section 14 or Digital Mall there to pay the university fee at Public Bank which was nearby. I parked my car and left to the bank along with Yan Jian, Kheng Kim, Chongyi and Wei Sin. When I got back after a mere 25 minutes or so, I was victimized. Only after that I realized I had to pay the parking fees in that area and RM100 shall soon fly away, perhaps haha.

Midvalley On 29 May 2008

There was a 5 hours break until the next class so I went to Midvalley with friends last Thursday. I brought along Kok Foo and Chongyi while Yan Jian brought the rest. I was not so sure about the directions and I turned into the wrong way and I was in Bangsar. With the help of Kok Foo, Chongyi and a nice Malay guy in the petrol station, I managed to get back to our destination anyway. Phew! Thanks man!

Chongyi, Albert, Me, Paupau and Canny

Canny, Paupau, Albert, Me, Kok Foo and Chongyi (This photo is taken by an Ang Moh!)

Don't do it Albert!

It's me with Kok Foo and Chongyi

Petrol Now Priced RM2.70/litre!

Malaysia Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawai has confirmed that the petrol will raise from RM1.92 to RM2.70 or 40% increment. What a good move from Barisan Nasional after their humiliating lost during the General Election early this year. I understand if they had to do since the petrol is getting expensive each day but 40% is simply too ridiculous.

I went to a petrol station nearby my uncle's house and the station is closed! Bad tactic! Are they storing petrol so that they can earn more from tomorrow onwards? Hate it hate it hate it!!!

The new price of RM2.70 ringgit did not reflect the full market value, which could be as high as 3.00-4.00 ringgit when the price controls are completely removed in August.

Someone faster invents new and cheap car without using petrol and he is going to be the richest man on Earth! Haha!

My 21st Birthday

Today is not exactly my birthday but my another half's and her present is me! Haha! Wish that our love will last forever. =)

I am just happy as her as if today was my own birthday. Though I could not celebrating this meaningful day with her but deep down in our hearts, that we are so close to each other. I am very confident of that.

Love u dear and happy birthday! =)

One Month And Stil Going...Hopefully.

As the title said, it has been a month (yesterday precisely) since me and her together. Though we had countless of quarrels but we patched up anyway. She told me yesterday that she felt hard satisfying me and finished. What am I gonna do? I have absolutely no idea what was she talking about. However I left her studying cos the exam was the next day and I did not want to put any more pressure on her.

Everytime she starts ignoring me I feel extremely hurt. I really appreciate this relationship and I know she loves me too. God please help me!

1 Utama On 28th May 2008

This is the first week of the new semester and there is pretty much nothing to do. I am drop dead bored cos it is only me and uncle in the house, others went back to Penang for holiday already. I have to feed the pets and washing away their droppings. Eeuuww!!! That is the first time I'm doing such thing. Hahaha.

So on this day, I invited Kok Foo and Yan Jian to hang out at 1 Utama and we meet Chongyi there. Chongyi has so many so called "sad stories" because he is rejected by his crush. His intention to go 1U is to meet his crush, not us. Hehe. Wherever he goes he said he had a sad story at that particular place.

While my real intention is to check out whether the new Liverpool jersey is in stores. And the answer is YES! Yippie! The new jerseys only released officially on 23rd May and I can't believe my luck! That is my third Liverpool jersey now. Sorry but I only buy home kits so I can feel the roars of Anfield. Haha. RM259.90? Excuse me, Liverpool jerseys are priceless.

STEVEN GERRARD I LOVE YOU!

Later we go to the ground floor to check out a function called Movie Carnival. Chongyi gone wild when he saw the superheroes like Spiderman, Cicakman (hero are you sure?), Hellboy and Alien with Predator. Chongyi nags us to take photo with them and all of us shake our heads. Ultimately I surrender and up we go.

Superheroes: Spidey, Ken, Chongyi, Hellboy

Predator on the left, Alien on the right.

Photo session ends. Chongyi leaves and I wanna do so but.....

they two don't want to let me go. They grab me and choke me! "Help!" I muttered. Hahaha.

After that we are leaving. Chongyi is leading the way with Kok Foo, Me and Yan Jian following respectively. We notice there is a cameraman and crews just beside, passing us by. Suddenly the host grabs Yan Jian's shoulders and starts interviewing him, in Cantonese.

Host : Hi handsome one, please come over here. Do you know what is this channel?
(The host lifts up the mic to let him see)

Yan Jian : Kah Kah Kah...... Sorry my Cantonese is bad. Can I speak in Mandarin?

Host : Sure. I will ask you in Cantonese and you answer in Mandarin. Is that okay?

Yan Jian : Ok.

Host : So what is the channel?

Yan Jian : Kah... (
The host points to a crew whispering) Kah Yu!

Host : Yes that's it! Do you know a movie called Merry Go Round?

Yan Jian: Yes, I saw it a sign somewhere around here. (Die also wanna speak in Cantonese yet)

Host : Uhm.. Do you think I am pretty?

Yan Jian: Yes you are.

Host : Thanks! Here's two tickets for you. Thanks again handsome one! Bye!

Yan Jian: Thanks! Bye!

Later we find out that that Kah Yu is a channel from Hong Kong and the pretty host is Mary. Kah Yu is on Astro as well! Channel 304 everyone!!! The tickets are for Vincy's concert at Arena of Stars, Genting on 31st May. Lucky Yan Jian! Kok Foo jokes the three of us should walk around behind them and do some funny pose and get into TV. Hahaha.

Year 3 Semester 1

Woohoo! I have been promoted to Year 3 and today marks the new semester. I am so glad to meet the old pals. They are mostly still the same except two people that I noticed - Canny and Paupau. Both of them have curly hairs, like me! xD

I am trying to concentrate hard on the class but I almost break down during the third class. It is simply drop dead boring. The subject is about Java Programming and the lecturer keeps comparing it with C language. Come on Ma'am!

Overall the first day is okay except a few let downs. This is expected due to some problems happened between friends. I am a little upset and I sincerely hope they can patch up. Another big let down is why the hell today is raining when I am on my way home? I got so wet laaaa........ =.=

Back to University!

Yesssss!!! Finally I am back to my old lifestyle again - studying! Studying > Working =D

Back to Study

It is time to go back to university after the end of my industrial training and a brief holidays. I just wanna say that I miss you all in Penang and the good food too. Haha. =D

Don't worry, i will study hard and reach my goal. The training told me I had to study harder or I would down and out.

Police Station Is No Clinic!

Yesterday I made a call, wanting to make an appointment with a dentist for scaling treatment.

Operator: Hello. Ini xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (My Malay is bad enough so I dunno what the hell is she talking about! I dun care anyway so I continue.)

Ken: Saya mau err...... I want to make an appointment. (As you can see, bad Malay)

Operator: Hello Dik! Ini balai polis lah! (Should be the police station in my area)

Ken: Oh sorry sorry!!!

Operator: Okay okay.

(Hung)

I'm pretty sure I did not call the wrong number. Maybe some technical mistake from Telekom Malaysia. =P

Ken Lee

Yes, everyone knows I am Ken but my surname has and always been Lim. For some reasons, everyone started calling me Ken Lee, especially Ng Huay Lyn and Cheong Ai Ling, during my time in Jabil.

The reason shall be revealed. Play the video below please.

Ms. Cheong told me about this and she received a present for her birthday not long after. Read the sender's name.

I swear it was not me! But since then everyone started calling us the couple. I admit this Hobbit is a cute and nice girl but sorry. I already have a fantastic partner. Hahaha. I am sure I am not Ai Ling's type too.

Perfect Ten

Forgot to post it but thank God I remember to tell her that this is our tenth day =D

My name is Peter Crouch! =P

I have friends calling me Peter Crouch, a Liverpool Football Club footballer, due to my figure. Even though I am not that extraordinary tall, but I am extraordinary thin. Hahaha. My friends even asked me to do the robot-dance if I scored and I did. Lol. I am actually a big fan of his, too bad he is going out of Anfield soon most probably.

Look how tall he is. He is 6 ft 7 in tall and 12st 6. Seriously underweight, maybe that is why I am referred to him. =S I just wanna be as good as him at least or have the money he has. xD

Look! Even Cristiano Ronaldo is so scared of me! Erm.. Crouchy! Get lost Ronaldo.

Never listen to Cristiano. He is such a jerk. Good he may be, but he is so arrogant and his off pitch behaviours are so terrible. Just act like a down syndrome kid when talking to him if you did not want to get influenced by the bad boy. Hahaha!

Crouchy, if you ever left Liverpool, my support will always be with you. I will always remember your Robo-Kop (robot dance) goal celebration. Good luck lad.

p/s: To know more about Crouchy, read his autobiography ;D

My Feel For Jabil

Tomorrow will be my last day working at Jabil and I wish to comment on my industrial training.

Industrial training can be a waste of time if the trainees or universities selected the wrong companies. For my case, I would say YES and NO. Haha. There is simply no way you totally love or hate your job.

I love my job as I get to know many people here, regardless of their races, religions and etc. I talk or crap with them much. I think my communication skills and English have improved too ;D Yesterday was the extreme case which I sat just beside two Jabil employees when watching Iron Man at Queensbay. One of them even recognised me, saying "Wow! Come to watch movie after working at Jabil ah?" I looked at him, scratching my head. Then he explained that I gave him smocks (part of the silly tasks really) before. That was so funny. I manage to learn something, though not much, related my studies too.

Meanwhile what I hate about my job is some of the employees here. They like to order people like they are the bosses. The other thing is that some tasks are assigned at the very last minute and make you suffocated.

Whatever it is, I think that this is still a good experience for me and might help me in the future.
Thank you all!

The Tales of Two Liverpool Fans

I almost bursted into tears when I first read about Liam Harker's news before the first leg of Champions League Semi Final between Liverpool and Chelsea at Anfield. Reading his sad story reminds my own.

It was supposed to be a fantastic trip to Singapore with my mom, along with my best friend and his mom, but it turned out to be one of the most painful experiences in my life. On the day 12 November 2002, I could have lost everything. It was 12.30pm and all of us were in a taxi going to Changi Airport to fetch our mothers' friend. Somehow the taxi driver made a ridiculous turn and suddenly all the cars are racing towards us on the highway. I did not have a good sleep the day before and I was very dizzy until my mom screamed so loudly. I was shocked and just as soon as my eyes are wide opened, BANG!!!

I sat just behind the passenger's seat and the incoming car hit directly on me. The window was smashed and flying into pieces. All I could remember was the loud noise and nothing else. I was not dead or unconcious. I woke up and checking if everyone was okay. Phew, luckily everyone was okay except the car, I thought. My best friend Alan looked at me and he was very shocked. My mum was crying and kept asking me whether I was able to see anything while Alan's mum was calling the ambulance.

Wait... I was okay! Why were everyone so weird? Wait... I was wearing a white shirt and not red. Oh my God! My shirt was covered with my own blood! Fantastic, I almost fainted. At this time I thought I was going to say goodbye to this world. Just as Liam, I also wanted to ask my mum to burn me in the Liverpool shirt and put my ashes around Anfield. I did not say it out cos I was too shocked and afraid. I still remember that I was staring at the cars passing by. Hahaha. The ambulance arrived shortly and the paramedics were so annoying. They kept ordering me not to move to prevent unnecessary injuries but I was still able to walk or run anyway. They made me wearing like a robot and sent to the hospital nearby.

The doctor cut my expensive shirt away and they checked my everything. No serious injuries other than the glasses on my head. I was made waiting until a nurse came and clearing some of the glasses. The doctor came and injected anesthetic which was the most painful thing I ever experienced. One injection just beside my left eye and another one just beside my throat. I realized I could die with my throat being cut. Euww! My tears kept falling throughout the operation and suffered the coldness cos I was wearing nothing. I was sent to X-Ray on my head then back to patient room for rest.

I was there, with my bare skin exposed, freezing. I saw a patient a few metres beside me, it was an old man. All his family members were with him and I heard him breathing loudly. I did not think he could last the day. This experience was kind of scary really. I never see death before. I went to toilet later and I really wanted to bang my head. "Is that me? Is that really me?!" I kept asking myself. I could not recognise the person on the mirror. I went back to my bed and crying. The cute little boy suddenly looked worse than the Hunchback of Notre Dame.
(perasan huh? =P)

I never tell this to anyone. I was crying and singing "You'll Never Walk Alone" for many rounds until my mum, Alan and his mum, along with my cousin Chelsia came to see me. Chelsia bought me a shirt which I still keep it today. I was allowed to check out later and went home to rest. Later on that night, I woke up and even woke Alan up to watch Liverpool in Champions League clash against Basel, only to watch them lost. Sigh...The next day I could not get out from my bed. Perhaps this was the momentum of the accident.

I would never say my pain is greater than anyone, especially Liam Harker's. I understand his pain but knowing you will die soon is not anybody can take. However, I believe he left this world without any regrets, having buried with his signed Liverpool shirt.

Liam Harker, you are one of the best Liverpool supporters I have ever witnessed. YNWA and good night Liam.

For Liam Harker, 17

Liam, a passionate Liverpool supporter from Darlington, made the homepage of the official club website on April 18 after his plight came to the attention of club staff. It was on this day that he was presented with a shirt signed by his heroes just hours after doctors admitted there was nothing more they could do to save his life.

Liam only found out he was suffering from stomach cancer six weeks before after he was admitted to the Royal Victoria Infirmary Hospital in Newcastle. After being treated with an intensive course of radiotherapy, Liam was told on April 3 that he had beaten the cancer as the tumour had started to shrink.

Things took a serious turn for the worse the following day when Liam became very ill however. X-Rays revealed that the cancer had not only returned, it had spread throughout his body. It was at this moment that his parents were told that more radiotherapy would only help prolong his life by a matter of weeks.

Liam was then told he had just two weeks left to live and was allowed home to die. Macmillan nurses were on hand round the clock to help him and his family at this incredibly difficult time. Upon arriving home, Liam's wish to his dad was to spend his final days in a shirt signed by the players he idolises. He also asked his dad to bury him in a Liverpool shirt when he dies as he's lived and breathed Liverpool Football Club all his life.

When news reached the club of Liam's plight, the youngster's dad was contacted and Liam was invited down to Melwood on Monday to not only pick up a signed shirt but also be taken on a tour of Melwood and meet not just the players but also Rafael Benitez.

Unfortunately, Liam was advised by doctors that he wouldn't be able to make the trip to Liverpool due to his worsening condition as even short trips between his home and the hospital in Newcastle for radiotherapy sessions take too much out of the youngster.

However, while Liam couldn't make the trip to Melwood to pick up the shirt, one arrived special delivery at his home in the North East from Liverpool complete with the autographs of all his heroes.

News about Liam immediately touched a nerve with Reds fans everywhere and a plan was put into action to try and create a number of flags bearing Liam's name to showcase at the first leg of the Champions League semi-final against Chelsea at Anfield.

The hope was that TV cameras would pick out the flags and Liam, if he was still alive, would see them at home on TV. Liam was alive and the TV cameras did show the flags. It was an incredibly moving moment for Liam, his family and friends and Reds fans everywhere who had taken the 17-year-old to their heart.

The flags were then sent to Liam and adorned the walls of his room in time for the second leg of the semi-final at Stamford Bridge (see above). Liverpool lost that match but for Liam's family, a far greater loss occurred today (Monday). Liam's suffering is now over however and our thoughts - and those of Liverpool supporters everywhere - go out to his family and those who really knew this remarkable young man.

In his final dying days, Liam Harker didn't walk alone.

A Day of Commitment

Finally, I went to hiking at Tokun yesterday after so many months. What made it even tough was I never really exercised since the start of my industrial training and that was four months! I had a tough experience yesterday cos I took more than three breaks which I usually only took once or twice. I spent all my strength ,with determination, to get to the top anyhow. I was very satisfied to be at the top after all the hardwork even though I had musclesache in the end.

I also wish to state my commitment to my long distance relationship too. Hahaha. Steven Gerrard as you known to many (=P), you shall have no worries.

p/s: For your information, I am no gay. Thank you. I am still sick of my past gay experiences. =S

You'll Never Walk Alone

Liverpool suffered from elimination in Champions League against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on 4-3 aggregate. I was utterly disappointed with the result but it was a good effort from the Reds. Forcing the game to extra time after Fernando Torres equalized to make the tie 2-2 on aggregate. A penalty and a fine goal from Chelsea man sealed the win even though Liverpool clawed one back in the late of the game.

I could not ask too much from Liverpool cos Stamford Bridge is a fortress and no team has beaten for four years. I still see positives from this season. We have got Fernando Torres, a fantastic striker, Ryan Babel, Lucas Leiva, Emiliano Insua and Martin Skrtel are certainly gems for the future. You'll Never Walk Alone!

April 30th 2008 was such a memorable date. Probably I had eaten the "courageous medicine" and I went to confess to a girl. Oh my God. She said I was so straightforward until she did not know what to say. Hahaha. I guess the old Ken is already gone, perhaps he has grown up! =P She accepted and I was in heaven. She is known as Steven Gerrard. ;) Both of us have faith that the relationship will last, even though we know it is going to be hard.

I am still very bored in the office and blogging, youtube-ing and listening to music are my daily tasks. Hahaha.

In a nutshell, YOU'LL NEVER WALK ALONE!

Boring? Blog more!

Yaaawn..... I'm way too bored in the office so I simply blogging more and more. xD

Now I want to introduce a book: Steven Gerrard My Autobiography. It is a book for everyone, especially Liverpool fans. This book gives us an insight of the different side of him, letting us know more about his childhood stories, war behind-scenes and etc. This book does not cheap but worths every penny. It is one of my favourite books of all time. Hahaha.
p/s: Stevie G-alike who admits Stevie G is no cuter than HER, read this book so you will know yourself more. xD

Recalling Everything

Ok, the first one happened when I was still studying in TAR College. A female student was punished because she was late or something. The punishment was singing. And she sand Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Haha.

Secondly, I have graduated from TAR College during May 2007 with a low CGPA. Quite disappointing with it but still satisfied cos still able to pass all the subjects. Determined to achieve better results when further my studies.

Thirdly, I am hugely disappointed because I wanted to study at TAR Colleage in Setapak but ended up at UTAR (Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman), Petaling Jaya instead. It was because some bad cases happened and my mum just would not let me go there. Furthermore, when I was selected to go to Setapak for the debate finals on one weekened, which I rejected to go, a murder happened. Damn it.

Speaking about the debate, I was actually quite interested to join and eventually I did. However it was already my second year and I could not cope with it. I was very tired everytime I back home and had no time to finish my work. So I quit after just a month.

Fourthly, I won the Book Review Competition in 2006 (or 2007? I can't remember!) with the book titled Digital Fortress by Dan Brown. I have to admit that I was pretty surprised. I purposedly wearing my Liverpool jersey (old design, think of 2005 design) for the prize giving ceremony photo session. Hahaha.

Fifthly, I am now studying in UTAR for my degree course and it was quite tough. Tough is because the long hours, though the first year seems still ok to me. All subjects are passed without any resit and an improved CGPA. My family looks very satisfied with my improvement. But I want more, I want to push for First Class.

Sixthly, I have joined Public Speaking workshop held by UTAR during my second semester. I am the only student from PD Block or Faculty of Information, Communication & Technology (FICT) who joined this program. I managed to meet many new friends from other faculties. Many handsome guys and pretty girls to see. Hahaha.

Unbelievable this has gone to the seventh point, I am having industrial training now at Jabil in Bayan Lepas, Penang. My training is around 19 weeks and I suffered hell alot during my first two months stinct. My supervisor and manager are all nice person but I just could not stand with some colleagues here who always directed me to do this and that. Eventually I complained to my supervisor and I requested to change Employee Relations Section to Training & Development Section cos the latter offered me programming tasks. Just six more working days to go and I am done with it! Woohoo!!!!!!

Blogging Again

Hi all! After taking a long rest, I am back here again! Woohoo!!!

Well, I admit that I let laziness took over me and I have left so many interesting stories to share. Too bad. I will try to recall everything to share with you people. =D

Look out for my upcoming posts!
